This book relates the experiences of 12 young individuals who have fought, or are still fighting against long-term conditions. The stories tell us of their struggles, but offer hope too.

Illness isn’t fussy or selective when it comes to age, and no one time is more convenient than another when you are unwell. But there is a tendency to associate illness with older people, and to consider that the young people amongst us are completely healthy.
